Do I need to provide water or power?

No, we're fully self-sufficient. Our mobile unit carries its own water supply and power, so you don't need to worry about access to a tap or outlet.

How long does the service take?

Most jobs take between 2 and 4 hours, depending on the service and your vehicle's size and condition.

What if it rains on my booking day?

If the weather makes the service impractical, we'll be in touch to reschedule at no extra cost. Your deposit carries over to the new date.

Do I need to be present during the service?

No, as long as we have access to your vehicle and a suitable space to work in (driveway, parking bay, etc.), you're welcome to leave us to it.

How do I secure my booking?

A R500 deposit via Payfast secures your slot. The remaining balance is settled on the day by card once the job is complete.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes, with at least 48 hours' notice. We'll happily move your booking to a new date and your deposit carries over. Cancellations with less notice may forfeit the deposit.

Which areas do you service?

We currently service the Johannesburg South Area. If you're just outside this, get in touch and we may still be able to accommodate you.

What if I want additional services on the day?

Just ask! Our technician can quote and carry out add-ons like polishing, coatings or headlight restoration on-site, based on what your vehicle needs.

3. We'll be in touch - Your technician will send you an appointment reminder the day before to ensure everything is in order for us to come through.

4. We come to you - Fully self-sufficient, we bring our own water and power. Just have your vehicle ready and accessible.

5. Settle up on completion - Pay the remaining balance by card once you're happy with the result.
